Monthly bookkeeping
A regular rhythm for transactions, reconciliations and a clear monthly handoff.
Keep the month in order
A regular bookkeeping routine brings the agreed transactions, business bank and card reconciliations, and monthly reports into one defined scope. The proposal identifies the accounts and periods covered, the records needed from you, and who checks the work.
Start with the records you have
Discuss the software you use and whether earlier periods are complete. Catch-up work needs its own scope. Once an engagement is agreed, arrange a suitable private handoff for financial records. Keep statements, tax identifiers and passwords out of the public enquiry.
Agree the limits
Payroll, tax submissions, audits, assurance and specialist reporting are outside this example service. Any additional work needs a separate written agreement. The service does not promise a particular saving, tax result or turnaround.
THE HOUR
Fictional example practice. This demo does not offer accounting services or accept engagements.
